Thank you for shopping with CCI Machine & Fabrication, Inc.  We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are handled.

By purchasing from CCI Machine & Fabrication, Inc. you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 

1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Since we operate on a drop shipping model, the return and refund policies are based on the individual supplier's terms. Generally, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item meets the following conditions:

 

1.1 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement. To initiate a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the shipping box (if damaged).

  • Include a brief description of the issue.

We will review the case and guide you through the return process.

 

1.2 Incorrect Items

If we send you the wrong item (i.e., the part you ordered is different from the one received), we will issue a full refund or send you the correct item. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item.

  • Provide a photo of the item you received and your order number.

  • We may ask you to return the incorrect item at no additional cost.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund unless they meet one of the conditions above:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Items returned after the 7-day period

  • Products that were clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Electrical or electronic parts (if opened or used)

 

3. Return Process

If a return is eligible, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note:

  • Returns must be made in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  • Restocking fees may apply in certain cases, particularly if the item is not in its original, resaleable condition.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • If a product is eligible for a refund and is approved, we will process the refund for the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.

  • If your return is not approved, we will return the item to you at your expense.

 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item.

 

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please follow the return process to return the item after receiving it.

 

7. Refunds for Sale or Promotional Items

If an item was purchased during a sale or promotional event, the refund will be issued based on the sale price. If the promotion or sale is no longer valid, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price at the time of the transaction.

 

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you are eligible for a refund or exchange, you will only receive a refund for the cost of the item itself, not the original shipping charges.
