Our Story

CCI Machine & Fabrication, Inc. is a family-run business that has been serving our customer base of manufacturing companies since 1996. From farm equipment to pharmaceuticals, CCI has been fortunate to experience a wide variety of projects in real-world applications. Located in Level Cross, North Carolina, CCI is owned and operated by Nelson "Sonny" Ingram IV.  Sonny is an expert machinist and fabricator with a passion for racing. After years of working and racing in divisions from local Street Stock and Late Model Stock all the way up to NASCAR Truck Series,  Sonny and his team turned their focus to providing racers with an easy and accurate way to measure front-end geometry on Late Model Stock Cars. This led to the development of the Dynamic Chassis Measuring System (DCMS). Using lessons learned on the DCMS, engineering began to develop a cutting-edge Late Model Stock Car chassis designed for short-track asphalt racing. With over 30 years of experience in racing and hundreds of hours of engineering, we have created a premium chassis with safety, cost, adjustability, and repeatability in mind. What separates this chassis from the competition is the amount of effort that goes into the fixture and jig development. Our superior fixtures and jigs allow us to fabricate a part to precise dimensions over and over again. This results in a final product that reacts exactly how you expect it to. Aside from the chassis, we also fabricate all of the necessary suspension and steering components in-house using the same precision for maximum repeatability and performance.
